We’ve served as founders, directors, communicators, advocacy advisors, trainers, event managers, HR coordinators, board members and more. We understand the daily realities and challenges of European umbrella organisations and networks.
Our expertise spans civil society organisations, political parties, institutions and businesses. We've managed European-wide networks, founded NGOs, developed leadership programs, and led political party communications, solving evolving challenges along the way.
But we’re no superheroes: we faced burnout and boreout, we’ve been micromanaged or have fallen into the trap of doing so ourselves. We have worked in highly functional teams, and sometimes in highly dysfunctional ones.
